You may be asked to pay a deposit per person when making a booking. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill in full if the original number of people attend. If however, your party arrives with fewer people, the deposit is non-refundable. If your numbers change, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking date to enable us to refund your deposit.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
If you would like to bring a birthday cake to the restaurant you are very welcome – please mention when you book your table. A ‘cakeage’ charge of £1 per person will be added to your bill if you choose to have your cake instead of desserts.
On busy nights such as ‘Monday Night Madness,’ Valentines and weekends it may be required for us to take bookings in ‘sittings.’ This means that we will offer you a two hour booking time, for example if you book at 7pm, we will ask you to kindly leave the table by 9pm. Your departure time will be specified to you at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to be mindful of your departure time to enable us to turn the table around ready for the next booking. We will always try to accommodate your wishes so if you are not quite ready to leave and we have another table become available we will always try to avoid asking you to leave.
